Our own John Lynch recently presented to students of the “Designing Innovative Services” course at Munster Technological University as part of their “Special Purpose Award” series of talks.
In his talk, John gave the students an introduction to Service Design, including the key activities involved and some of the reasons why – in a modern economy – service design thinking is becoming more and more important.
The “Designing Innovative Services” course at Munster Technological University is a highly regarded, industry-focused program that teaches students how to design and implement innovative services in various industries.
The course aims to introduce students to design thinking skills and to the key tools and methodologies used in the development of services, such as design strategy, user research, data synthesis and prototyping.
