This week, our own John Lynch has appeared on the “Fireside with VoxGig” podcast. Speaking to Voxgig CEO Richard Rodger, John expands on the role that a service-design mindset can play in the world of developer relations.
Things don’t get too technical, but the conversation covers some of the key principles of Service Design thinking, including the understanding that services are perpetual, and that journeys must be designed to meet the needs of the users, whether that’s a software developer integrating an API, or a customer trying to make a purchase.
Fireside with VoxGig has been running since 2018, this is the 79th episode, and the podcast has featured influential guests including Lauren Currie of UpFront, Joan Muvihill who is Digitalisation & Sustainability Lead at Siemens and founded the Irish Internet Association, and Eoin Boylan, CEO of Evervault.
You should find this episode of the podcast wherever you listen to podcasts, but if you’re a spotify user, you can find it here.
